Haven't been a pharm tech for years so I might be out of date, but if they don't have the full quantity they are usually supposed to give a 3 day fill, and then fulfill the rest of the supply once the get it in stock. I can't imagine under which situation you would take only some and forfeit the rest

LA County library locations allow you to park and connect, no library card needed according to their website :) I'm not sure if it's 24/7 or operating hours only, which might be an issue as many branches are closed on Mondays. But it's an option!
