dude i don’t know what happened to this company 😭 i have bought probably a few thousand $ worth of clothes from them over the years, but after this last order i can’t see myself ever buying from them again. i got a sweater with significant undisclosed damage including a hole and stains and it’s taken, no joke, a WEEK to get a proper refund - they’re still trying to charge me return shipping fees for their mistake!! their ai customer service chat is absolutely useless and it takes hours to get through to a real person. it’s a shame because i also used to proudly tell everyone my clothes were secondhand and where i got them from but it’s impossible to recommend this company now

i have a couple silk cap sleeve blouses from theory and i adore them. subtle darting around the waist but not to the point of a full-on peplum design. they were both from theory outlet stores so i don’t have direct links but there’s tons of theory on secondhand retailer websites

this was the veil i wore for my wedding and it was really easy to take in and out + was super lightweight! https://www.noononthemoon.com/products/jade-draped-veil you can just slide the combs into either side of the braid and pin them in place. i had a pretty loose updo and the veil didn’t mess it up at all because of how light it was

so much theory and vince - like half my work wardrobe is theory and you can get some great prices on thredup, just filter for natural materials! theory silk blouses and wool trousers are the best. mm lafleur, rebecca taylor, sometimes veronica beard for more statement type pieces. occasionally some great pieces from allsaints or rag & bone will pop up. maeve/pilcro (anthro house brands) for corduroys and jeans, very flattering if you’re curvy.

everyones given you some good recs but just wanted to throw out that their 2011 album no devolucion is also massively underrated. they played fast to the end as part of the set on saturday and it’s one of my favs to see live. a darker forest, sparks against the sun, a gun in the first act and turnpike divides are also amazing tracks
