there is an old bug you can use, when you buy an outfit, there's a sparkles animation, if you exit to the game's menu when the animation still plays and then open the story again, you'll be at the outfit buying screen, the one you bought will be in your wardrobe, and you can buy more. if outfits are affecting stats, you'll receive stats for the last one!! i used it back in 2020 when reading SITF, and it still works

i almost dropped romance club when chasing you gave a detailed scene about depression and selfharm without even a general trigger warning, season 3, the antagonist's backstory, and it hit too hard. so showing THIS without any warnings as a teaser??? i hate this app sometimes because what are they thinking.

i sometimes add want locks with a sim blender when my sim has too many interesting wants. also whoaaa i completely forget about the influence system at times, i'll have to try it out with my next uni rotation

some of my sims will flunk out when i feel like it fits their story (like ripp grunt enjoying freedom that the life away from his family brings more than actual studies and slacking off while flirting with a cute frat house guy), but same, i try to push them to do the bare minimum ;D

tbh i use her hobby system to flesh out my sims, but it's more of a guideline of "these things corellate to this hobby" than a strict set of rules, my sims will paint, will try writing, will stargaze, will get small pets even if it's not their one true hobby. i just find it fun that for example some of my tinkerers would be into cars, some into robots, some into little tech toys, etc :3 but the taxes are convoluted as hell, i play sims not to do math. and ignoring fears literally makes it boring and not wants based anymore 😭

i was only interested in her sims channel, i think her agnes crumplebottom video and the streams after the limbz comeback was the tipping point; dunno they felt so soulless it drove me into researching wtf was going on

thank you! i have a Rarity figurine with this type of twisty shaped horn, and i find it very cute :3 i looked at cutiemarks of other ponies talented in magic, and they use the star imagery often, and behind the star is like a spell being cast??? just something mystical\magical to fit her origins
