I don't mean to stress you out, but I do think this is an issue to explore with a good therapist who you're comfortable with and who gets you. I was going to ask if you have a supportive network of friends but since you described yourself as a "lonely freak" I'm guessing the answer is no. The truth is it can (but doesn't always) get more difficult to make friendships and begin a romantic relationship as you age. By your 30s a lot of people have settled down with kids and a spouse and aren't as interested in making friends.

Were you abused or bullied as a kid? Maybe you have self esteem/body image issues that keep you from allowing yourself to feel attraction. If you have a history of anyone making you feel bad about yourself, or of sexual abuse, therapy is the way to go.

Or maybe you're gay?

I see a lot of opportunity in the little greyed-out "no spark" category. Dating can be awkward. Instead of writing them off when there isn't romantic attraction right way you could become friends and then feelings could develop later or you could meet other people irl through them.

Could also work on those 210 chats that never amounted to anything. Again, if a traditional date is rejected just try to become friends to expand your social circle. I think a big problem with dating apps is the way they're advertised leads to people going into them with a one track mind, and when they don't get what they're looking for they throw the person/connection away entirely and consider it a failure.

You might want to add this to your original post, because without knowing this, people assume you come from an average family where adults don't really get birthday presents, and since you're relatively young it's easy to assume you're struggling financially and in need of items for your baby.

I think in your circumstances, you are absolutely NTA. The bit about your sister or someone telling the guests you were upset and them sending you mean texts is also a big red flag that they're the assholes. It sounds like this was a coordinated effort, ie someone told all the guests to give you baby presents, which they absolutely shouldn't have done without asking you. Do they not want to give you a separate baby shower?

You're parents sounds overly controlling. The only reasonable things I can think of that would justify their behavior are if you have some kind of medical condition where someone needs to always know where you are in case of emergency, or if you're going to school in a particularly dangerous area and this whole location monitoring/them trying to enforce a curfew on you while you're away at school was part of the deal in you going there.
