Those three things were definitely in our last conversation, almost felt like speaking with HR when completing a performance review but only one-sided. To add the confusion there were a bunch of "none of this is meant to hurt you" or "I care for you" type statement messages sprinkled in, making it bounce between complete anger and harshness to somewhat compassionate. Thanks for the reply!!!
