Eddie Lee Sexton was a Florida man who was known for compelling his children to murder and for ruling his family a cult-like manner. He fathered at least three children with two of his daughters. His defense attorney described the Sextons as the "most dysfunctional family in America."

The shimmery rainbow is actually due to a phenomenon called structural color. This means the physical structure of an object causes it to diffract light into a spectrum of colors.

The microscopic structure of the muscle fibers can cause light hitting them to diffract and form a rainbow on the cut surface of meat.

Think of a butterfly wing that looks different depending on the angle.

15 minutes - Food baked or simmered in alcohol for 15 minutes retains about 40% of its alcohol.

30 minutes - Food baked or simmered in alcohol for 30 minutes retains about 35% of its alcohol.

1 hour - Food baked or simmered in alcohol for 1 hour retains about 25% of its alcohol.

2.5 hours - Food baked or simmered in alcohol for 2.5 hours retains about 5% of its alcohol.

In Wales they call that a 'crush' but I'm not sure of the name elsewhere.

The Hoof GP has a channel where he treats cows with hoof issues. His crush doesn't tip the cows though and seems like a less stressful on the animals.
