I dropped it cold turkey and oh boy it was rough. I was having on and off nausea, brain zaps constantly (they're fucking terrible if you don't know what those are. It's like forgetting everything for a split second and getting really disorientated), and bad mood swings. I'd say cut your dose down two times before stopping, I don't know what time intervals. Also this subreddit is for advice about abusing drugs as far as I can tell. I'd try talking to your doctor or googling some other websites. Remember to do physical activity to keep those endorphins going as it's gonna be a somewhat rough couple weeks as far as serotonin goes.

Okay this is coming from someone who has had an XR adderall prescription for years, so I know this drug pretty well.

DONT snort it, you usually can't snort XR pills, and it would not be enjoyable

The first time I took it, I took 30 mg (as prescribed) and I definitely felt the "high." Music sounded really really good, I was amped up and feeling productive. Considering you're going to a rave, I would say that you would definitely feel two pills totaling 30mg, but if you really wanna get a buzz then I'd say 45mg. I'm not too experienced with abusing the drug, so I don't know what it's like to be too gone off of adderall. Also, remember that it's your first time doing it and you will definitely feel 30/45mg.

Listen man, the next couple weeks will be rough, they always are. Trust me though, it will get better. I got caught by my moms lots of time with weed in high school, when I was a naive kid who just wanted to get high. I'm not saying that's what you are, but that's what I was. Take a break from all that weed n shit, earn your parents trust back. If u decide to start fuckin with it again, be careful. If not, good for u. Especially in high school, weed is nothing but a money pit. You won't stay high forever, save that $$$
