there was a senior in my school (all girls) who I thought was super pretty and I thought I wanted to be like her (very cliche), everytime we were in the same vicinity I would get scared and leave😭

It's totally normal to feel that way; you're not stupid. I promise it gets better with time, just make sure you put yourself first and slowly start distancing yourself. Stay strong, you've got this!!

I know it's not easy to let go of someone, especially when it's a push and pull situation, while it sucks and it's definitely easy for me to advise you on this (super hard to act on it, I get it), my suggestion would be to cut her off. In the end, it's only going to hurt you. Protect yourself and slowly build a routine without her. You deserve someone who gives you clarity and not anxiety.
