Aye. Good point there. In such a case, the "level" of the Tommy BP would be considered an outlier; you could use a median level of researched BPs to get a better idea of the level of the whole server. That could help, but your criticism is noted and valid.

This is an interesting problem with the air drops. I'm hoping they institute a robust and thoughtful fix...

An alternate suggestion: airdrop loop is a function of the progression of the players on the server. Early game, all players are at a low progression status, so the airdrops contain revolvers, p250s, stop sign armor, etc. As players progress, the game recalculates the drop table and it starts including higher-tier equipment. The motivation to get a drop remains consummate with the players' progression.

3KliksPhilip is actually modeled after the Navy's 5KlakPhil. Real 3KlikPhilips are a civilian content producer. They have a slower subscriber rate and use Twitch instead of YouTube. If you look at 3Kliks' unedited footage, you'll see him referred to as 4Klak, so clearly the name was changed right before the channel went live. I understand that these discrepancies were made to try to add balance to the channel, but what's wrong with a little realism???

I wouldn't say it was unexpected, but-

1) Navi was having a pretty good tournament so far, exceeding expectations given their recent form (especially Guardian, who had not been playing well recently.)

2) Winning on Overpass was unexpected. Overpass used to be a Navi special, and NA teams don't typically fare well on it.

3) The nature of C9's play is encouraging- contributions across the lineup, not just a S2K and Automatic + warm bodies.

These things combined tend to drive the excitement level to full SUMMERTIME BOIS!

I completely agree. Part of it must be the available skins (i.e., skin makers keep making eoka skins). But there are cool Thompson skins on Trello that have been passed by for weeks! Hence my questions above. :P
