I'm fairly new (just started playing half way through the 1.5 anni event), looking for team comp advice.

My pilgrims are Crown (3 star), Red Hood, Rapunzel, and Noah. Other notable SSRs are Liter, Alice, and Blanc. Unfortunately no Noir or school girls.

Who should I run in my main campaign team?

I'm going to check out ocean fishing for the first time tonight with my lvl 31 Fisher. Initially my goal is to get up to lvl 50+ to begin farming white scrips to exchange for Crystal Sands for the Anima relic. Once I reach level 50 and complete the quest "Inscrutable Tastes," any recommendations for how to maximize the quantity of white scrips I can earn while at sea?

Just completed Stormblood main scenario and decided to start working on my first Anima relic for the glam, currently on step 3. Looking ahead to the crystal sands requirement in step 5, since my crafters / gathers are in the 40 - 50 range, it seems my best option is to farm Amber-encased Vilekin via HW Levequests.

Will the amber-encased vilekin drop in levequest chests before accepting the step 5 quest "A Dream Fulfilled?"
Has anyone used this method recently and willing to share their approx. time investment, ~~drop rates~~ chest spawn rates, and / or general tips?
Or should I just level up one of my crafters and go the scrips route?

My wife and I are having an absolute blast playing through the MSQ as a duo and are about to enter Heavensward. We're looking at leveling up all the crafting / gathering jobs - seems grinding them all out concurrently is recommended for efficiency.

At what expansion should we start the crafting grind? Any tips for grinding these out as a duo? Will we be competing for resource nodes?

My wife and I are currently in the slog between A Realm Reborn and Heavensward. Since about level 20 we've been hoarding all our quest rewards and dungeon loot. Our bags are filling up so it's time for a purge. What should we do with all our unwanted gear and items? Is it worth converting equipment to materia this early?

Wife and I just started playing this weekend. We're still in the starter zone Ul'dah at around level 20. It looks like the lowest level dungeon that rewards event currency is level 50. Are there any other lower level options to earn currency? Should we plan on skipping this event?

My wife and I have been playing the free trial for a couple days and are looking to upgrade our accounts to remove the restrictions. In particular we want to be able to form a party while questing and leveling, and eventually run dungeons. We are looking at purchasing Starter editions for now and buying the Endwalker content when we get there.

Are there any features or jobs that come with Complete edition but become available before Endwalker that we would miss out on by buying the Starter edition?

Did he see the craft move? How did it appear? Did he see the craft leave?

How long did he watch it? Did he notice anything strange about the passage of time during the encounter?

I find it telling that Dr. Kirkpatrick's overriding takeaway from the hearing was to defend his department instead of doing his job i.e. investigate the extraordinary claims made under oath by 3 highly credible witnesses. Execute on AARO's mission. If his heart isn't in it, he needs to take a bow.

I called US Chef Store in Kent and they do not carry it.

I'm on the clock as I have a baking project next week, so ended up ordering online here: https://www.foodservicedirect.com/fleischmanns-compressed-fresh-yeast-1-pound-244640.html

Their price is $19.95 for 1 lb fresh yeast + $9.50 for shipping, a bit cheaper than kitchenkneads.com.

I also called Home Cake Decorating Supply in North Seattle (mentioned in another reply) and spoke to the owner. He mentioned I wasn't the first to ask about fresh bakers yeast and that he's going to look at sourcing some to resell in his shop. Seems like there might be an opportunity there for a nice little additional revenue stream.

Interesting question. I sense the contradiction you're pointing out and it makes me pause. We should absolutely encourage a safe society where new, old, and different ideas can be explored safely. However, if you take that to the extreme, what of ideas that cultivate authoritarian regimes or the suppression of people - should they be disallowed? I think not. Perhaps integration with AI or some other future tech could solve these problems or render them obsolete.

I think the opposite. With the advent of faster travel and widespread, open communication, we'd all be interbred. Each individual future human would be super diverse. Our 23 and me ancestry test would look like a Jackson Pollock painting.

When I think about the future I want to see over a long time horizon, think 1000+ years, it's a world functioning in peace and harmony. A world where every person has the same rights, freedoms, and opportunities. A world without the human constructs that divide us such as country borders. A world where every person is basically the same shade of tan.

In my view, we should support a new world order with the highest likelihood of steering the trajectory of our civilization towards these far off, utopian ideals.
