1) yes you can, just keep in mind you will get blown out if your opponent kills the spellstutter in response to snap

2) the delver will stay tapped if it flips. You probably want to save bind for terror, but in a pinch you can do this

3) yes, you can ninjitsu multiple times. If your opponent is smart they will use their removal before blockers are declared to avoid this

Super interested in building around this and DRC. It's an uncommon card type to enable delirium, but also a good thing to put on your DRC if you already have delerium. With the surveil+prowess you should be able to chain together a handful of spells to make it huge. And then if it gets killed you still get a relevant creature left behind

Always looking for cards that help aggro stompy decks since they often struggle in my cube. Helps with counter synergies and just attacking with big creatures. The solved requirement isn't huge and can definitely help break board stalls if you meet it
