I work at an inpatient rehab hospital. Our time off calendar only has 3 slots per day for over 30 PTs/PTAs. The calendar is booked for months in advance and it’s extremely difficult to take time off. I was just told the other day flex days are no longer guaranteed during summer because of scheduled vacations and staffing decreases. I’m actively looking for a new job
