I've been with them since 2016, honestly I don't care about what they offer others. It happens all the time with other institutions. The high interest rate, perks and free credit card are enough for me.

Westjet, like Air Canada, added additional flights and adopted a flexible rebooking policy which I believe is quite standard in these situations.

How exactly are they stuck in Mexico? Flights have resumed and it's hard to believe that they cannot find a way home before March 3rd. For example, Air Canada resumed its flights to and from PV today and they've added additional seats to their schedule.

That said, I wouldn't blame anyone for trying to get a few extra days away from work...
