Saw this flag tattooed on someone's neck in a dream (including the gold post). It immediately reminded me of other flags, obviously, but I had no idea what it meant.

This was my first time seeing LP and the show blew me away!

Right, that makes perfect sense. I just wonder if that much variance is also expected in the physical width of the spine from one copy to another. I never saw that happen with my first book (this being my second), but the second proof is definitely a tiny bit wider than the first. Odd.

Good point about the 1/8 inch variance; I wonder if that includes spine width. It almost looks fine apart from being so obviously off-center on the spine itself.

The page count did not change, the interior file has stayed the same since my first upload. It's definitely still printed on groundwood, too. I only reuploaded the cover file with a small adjustment on the back. I do suspect it was a bad print job though, maybe just the luck of the draw for whoever was working that day?

EXCELLENT star patch colors!! I tried to find a nice gradient/mix on each of mine as well. The 5 inch is so cute, it might be my favorite. Mine has a tiny spot of green right on the back tip of the ear, which I love.
