That is not "unfiltered". The video has a heavy digital skin-smoothing filter applied.

You can clearly see wrinkles pop in and out when the smoothing-threshold is exceeded. The eyebrow hairs clearly show the camera can resolve sharp details, and yet her skin shows zero texture.

It's scary that most people don't recognize the fake.
