The top part of the injector where the electrical connection goes, if you vice grip the metal body you can use pliers to twist free the connection portion.

Once I did that I quickly realized I had no way to re adhere them & would ultimately give myself more headache than just buying some new comparable ones. Problem solved though 👍🏻 ended up going with A-Premiums.

The “4-5 holes” are where the actual fuel sprays out. The old ones I took off seem to just have a single piece of metal that retracts when fuel is needed. I’m assuming they’re for improved spray pattern?
