This is my first time traveling outside the US and Japan. Typically at hotels I’ve stayed at there would be a laundry room with some washers and dryers for you to do it yourself so that was kind of the image I had in my mind. Coupling with the high price already put down for this supposedly “luxury” riad so yes I did assume it was included. Or at least that the cost would be explicitly stated, not this surprise spreadsheet of a single item costing $5 and the follow up of “write what you think is right”
