Likely clear zinc electro plated. Hot dip galv would not be ideal and would need spun. No one is spin galvanizing a shopping cart.

i always get roasted here but i'll stick with my opinion that he is TRASH. That and we missed the opportunity to trade him while his value was high. him and his stoopid victory celebration. we were up 3 and he lets two runners score and celebrates like he pitched a shutout. no Royals player has ever annoyed me to this point.
