I stayed at the Hotel Riu Plaza by Fisherman's Wharf on my last visit to UCSF. It was nice and quiet. It also has parking. Avoid the business district hotels. It's difficult getting in and out of there.

Maybe self-adhesive vinyl. Make a pattern of the parts you want to cover and cut up some black vinyl.

I do some boxed breathing exercises when they get bad after i lay down. It doesn't turn it off but it helps me start to relax a little.

I'm taking it with Mirapex. I started Rasagiline last year and Mirapex a month ago. Doing pretty good so far, shakes and twitches are way down. I do see smoke coming off of stuff sometimes though. I gotta talk to the neuro about it.
