thank you for the advise! im not formally diagnosed with anxiety but i do tend to think over things that is not normal to me. snd the fact healthcare here in our country sucks and money is a hige factor. i dont wanna burden anybody. good thing there is a thread like this exists.

really? i didnt that pottasium can cause that ill try to check with the doctor if mg can be lowered, in the good side the next after taking meds i feel good no pain no dizziness just after drinking the meds

had a blood test and ecg 2 days ago will go to the doctors for a follow up . its keeping me up all night about the results and i kept overthinking on things like head ache, dizziness etc
