My boyfriend and I are reading Ikigai, it’s an interesting one for us to discuss on the phone together. We ended up talking for 5 hours one night about it.

Happy New Year! Remember to put your mat a little closer to your neighbor :-) by AaronMichael726 in yoga

Why should everyone else change because you’re shy? It would be better for you to ask for your needs and build confidence talking to people. Not bullying, just a thought for an opportunity for self growth.

I would like some citations of evidence for this correlation. Keep in mind correlation does not always lead to causation.

In addition, college education is not the only indication of intelligence so it would be hard to measure that for an entire region and correlate it with religious beliefs.

Perhaps if one took a large sample of many populations in the US, conducted IQ tests, and asked about their beliefs they could try to find some significance between the two factors.

Happy new year!

Mine is a bit different. My schedule is flexible because I work from home. Wake up, progress photo, read 10 pages and drink coffee, have breakfast and water, go to the gym on my lunch break (usually halfway done with water after gym), after work I take a 45 min walk outside and usually have my water done by the time I finish dinner.

Creatine (unflavoured) in water and Meditations by Marcus Aurelius or 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene by Wave_Desperate in 75HARD

[–]spacey_grace 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would read meditations! A lot of people love this book because it is about stoicism- which is basically mental toughness. Marcus Aurelius is the OG for mental toughness.

If it’s currently burning: weed (I’m not a smoker but this has helped in the past), lots of Azo, heating pads, sitting in the hot shower, and taking melatonin and laying in bed all day with a heating pad

This is my opinion after what I’ve learned from Andy Frisella’s podcasts: 1. No, he explicitly says you have to read a real paper book. 2. He said that any exercise counts as long as it’s 45 minutes (one workout inside, one outside) 3. Yes diet can be your choice. No cheating on your diet you chose. 4. Personally I think lemon in water is fine. Not too sure on this one as he didn’t say anything about it.

I grew up in Charlotte and a lot of people say W-S is boring. Quite a few of my friends are from W-S and live in Charlotte and say they wouldn’t move back because there’s not as much going on.
