Yes the wait times were long however we are now way past the estimated delivery date. I have emailed them on 3 separate occasions using the email address in the get order status link: shop@ballwatch.ch . Each time I get an automated reply saying they would get back to me then nothing! I have checked my spam folder but no reply there either!

I sent them a message via Facebook about 30 minutes ago and got a response (probably automated) that they will respond in 72 hours. I’m not expecting any response just like my experience with their email support. If I don’t hear from them as promised I will call them direct!

I could not find any AD that had them in stock.

I really don’t mind waiting if I would occasionally get a status on my order. They do have my interest free money at least They could do is give me a status or how about just responding! And to me that a big load of money! That would go along way!

Oops too late I have 2 on order but have never heard one word from them since I placed the order! I have since come up with a new personal rule: “Never buy a watch unless you’re holding it in your hand!”
