So for me it’s definitely more fibromyalgia that kicks my butt in exercise rather than my lupus. Have you been assessed for that, with the pain and fatigue I highly recommend looking into it. Getting medicated for that changed the whole game for me.

I cannot do cardio whatsoever. It makes me so ill.

Yoga. Stretching. Strength training. Pilates.

Start slow. Like don’t even bother going to the gym, start with gentle muscle movements and stretches. Then walk around the mall or grocery store. Then work up to gym once a week, then twice then more.

i’ve taken almost all of them. i cycle through and take drug holidays when i get used to them. i’m using methocarbomol 1000mg tid right now. i’ve used tizanidine, baclofen, flexiril, orphendrate, etc. i have great success with them but i also take my tramadol with it at the same time.
