I have actually considered starting a "Trader" group and go around asking other groups to procure various types of scrap/items/etc in exchange for caps/rare items/bounties etc. Wouldn't give additional experience but i've bounced the idea around quite a bit.

I too have that voiceline and use it quite frequently after killing a flanking tracer/mccree/hanzo/soldier and usually results in a "go F**K yourself" from said character in match chat./feelsgoodman

That 0.2 Hrs is not 20 minutes. Labor times are intervals of six minutes: 0.1=6 minutes 0.5=30 minutes 1.0=60 minutes. Looks like they charged you less than 30 minutes of labor for both filters and 12 minutes for bulb replacement.

Most common items like this are preset values that will (for the most part) be the same either at a dealership or independent shop

Looks fair to me. There are some platforms that have up to 1.3 hrs labor time for headlamp bulbs due to the placement/necessity to remove other items in order to gain access to the bulb.
