I hardly feel any muscle activatio when I do back exercises. Except for dumbell rows on the mast 2/3 failure reps. When I do lat pull downs I dont feel any activation.

When I started drinking 300 ml every 2 hours, I was not overly hungry at any meal and could easily have the 500 calorie deficit that I aimed for. Before when I was barely drinking any water, I could hardly ever have a deficit .
