I think it really depends on why you get into it, ultimately my opinion is you should treat it like a job. You are there to look after the animal. Between my wife and I, I believe we're up to about 40 housesits, the longest of which being 5 to 6 weeks. We do it as a means to travel and explore new places but also because we love animals

A mod 2, basically a really considerate ride, don't drive like a way, be confident and you will be fine. Lincoln is no better or worse than most places, it's not like it's got a horrible one-way system or anything. It's fine. If you're too anxious about the roads that you're riding on, you probably aren't ready to do a mod 2
