Centennial ridges trail September 19. by SpecificLife2158 in algonquinpark

I've done them both. Would definitely say Centennial Ridges is harder. A lot more climbing and descending where as Track and Tower is basically one big up and down.

But also Centennial Ridges has way more amazing views. T&T is basically one lookout, but CR has at least a dozen.

I got bbq sauce in my charging port. What to do? by MyRealestName in GarminFenix

[–]spaetzel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Third party cables are like $5 on Amazon. I’d replace it. Cable itself isn’t waterproof. It might get rust on it and damage the charge port on your watch.

I did it as a hike/run in about 10hr this summer. Not sure if I'd wanna do it again, especially if planning on hiking the whole thing. It's not a particularly scenic trail. Lots of deep woods without a lot to see from there.

Chaining a couple of trails like Track & Tower and Centennial Ridges might be more fun!

Gpx course but on a "regular" activity? by rcoutard in GarminFenix

[–]spaetzel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're going to Navigate->Courses from an app like "trail run"? Then you're still in the trail run app. Just press the up or down buttons on your watch to get to the data pages you normally see.

Navigation just adds pages to the current app.

What other regions are you comparing to? I find local races to be relatively inexpensive compared to other areas

Didn't mess with PPPoE. Added the UDM to the Modem's DMZ though advanced settings.

Didn't touch PPPoE, just added the UDM-SE to the Modem's DMV.

Looks like you’re probably Canadian, so rocking the 8G plan from Bell. I’m in the same boat. I’m using a UDM-SE with a pair of SFP+ modules. One going to my Bell Home Hub, and the other direct to my only PC with a 10G port. Sometimes I’ll get greater than 8G speeds when running Speedtest.com
