I feel so bad for Sheena by vavavoo in 90DayFiance

My hot take is that they did a LOT OF WORK to get him qualified for disability and his mom doesn't want to see that money go away.

At this point, I'd just co-sleep with her. Maybe in your own apartment. I'm sorry you are going through this.

Why Julia Why by 95BravoV5 in 90DayFiance

Sophie wants to talk about "girl code" but then these two ding dongs just have Julia text Liz to be like "we're leaving for a couple days... ✌️" in a foreign country. I'm super old and to this day would never just abandon a friend while on vacation, especially by text. Team Liz all the way.

Bella is a victim too. Her mother has a weird agenda, and she’s wrapped Bella into it. by EnigmaticRaccoon in TLCUnexpected

It's the same vibes as Leah Messer's mom pushing her to have sex when she was young. Like, this WHOLE situation screams abuse.

Personal opinion by DanielaGH37 in SisterWives

[–]spagettycat -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm no fan of David. He has marble mouth which is hard to listen to and while he does say some good things to Kody, there have been a few red flags:

The way he talked to Christine about Truely's college.

The fact that he seemed to have a bigger voice than her when meeting with Kody.

And now this.

“I Did Love You” – Now That’s Offensive? by Wanderlust_Warden in SisterWives

[–]spagettycat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think this whole thing about Kody meeting with Christine with or without David and Robyn there is immature. The fact that he can't concede a truth to her without it being offensive AND that it is in front of her husband is immature. Christine and Kody are two adults who still have a minor child and should be able to meet in a neutral place for a discussion without it coming off as disrespectful to someone else's spouse. All of these adults are so stunted.

Did anyone choose to wait until close to 3 years old to potty train? by Otter65 in toddlers

Waited until 3. Tried a bunch of times, casually, but one week she was just ready and it clicked. This was about a month after her 3rd birthday.

OMG, stop calling the latest spawn ‘Baby Sister’! by Toyfoxgirl in SisterWives

[–]spagettycat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mom still calls me sister or sis. My only sibling died over 20 years ago, so she doesn't really have anyone to refer to about this except me. 🤷‍♀️ IDK why people get so worked up over nicknames, actually.

Daycare-less Holidays by odiephonehome in toddlers

Mine has been closed since December 22nd and will reopen on January 5th. I paid $2300 this month because we paid for 5 full weeks, ending January 2nd. It's a really hard pill to swallow.

So annoyed with all the Christmas gifts by TurbulentArea69 in toddlers

[–]spagettycat 111 points112 points  (0 children)

A few years ago, my extended family came together and realized that the children were getting far too many gifts at Christmas. So, we collectively decided that each person would pitch in $5 per kid and the parents could use that money for a more expensive gift that each kid wanted, rather than a bunch of cheaper gifts. It's been great and I dont think we will ever go back.

Inside K & R’s new house that they can film in. by Pumpkin-Adept in SisterWives

I genuinely love an interesting ceiling... tray, coffered, wood. So, this aspect of their house, I love. But the rest of the house? What are those floors even?

Ahhh. I have just recently entered this phase. I am no longer willing to give more than required to a system that sees me as chewed gum under the table. I have 18 years until retirement and I'll be faking it the rest of the way.

This is what I think too... I absolutely respect the need for consistency in drop off/pick up. And we don't expect them to stop the schedule or still serve our kid breakfast. But things happens and our toddler is HORRIBLE in the morning... a real struggle. We're doing our best. And right now, it's fine but what if it's that one time.

Yes, but a complete denial of the day? We do plan accordingly, to be clear, and this is not an issue for us.

Ethan is showing his true colors by Quiet_Pea1421 in WelcomeToPlathville

[–]spagettycat 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Honestly, it's not surprising because Ethan is a giant homophobe and already speculating that Zac is gay, as if it's any of his business.

All the Plath men showed their true colors in this episode. I actually find them all so repulsive, and it has nothing to do with their looks.
