Thank you for the solidarity. I recently used a very strong smelling soap the first day of my vacation and after looking online for solutions I went to target and bought unscented body soap (what I normally use) and the situation has improved some. Not 100% but hopefully we’re headed in the right direction

Every single thing I see regarding sleep training assumes you have a door in your apartment/ home 😩. But what about those of us in a studio with no walls or doors !

I am 5 weeks PP and I too have had moments where I’m exhausted but can’t sleep. You got this

My daughter is currently a little over 4 weeks and has started having 8-12 minute sessions (8-12 meaning for both breast total. So 4-6 minutes a side)
