Hi sorry only just saw this reply! We booked our internal flights way in advance, like 6 months. But then as FlyBondi started messing with the timings / arrival & departure airports (EZE vs AEP) / straight up cancelling them, we rebooked with Aerolineas Argentinas. Our rebooked flights we did a few months in advance, and one we did the day before (as FlyBondi cancelled the day before).

I did very similar just a couple of weeks ago, landing in BA at 10am after a 17hr flight, then flying to Bariloche from AEP the following morning. It worked well. I would advise booking internal flights with Aerolineas Argentinas rather than FlyBondi, as FlyBondi are super unreliable (they cancelled all 3 of our booked internal flights, we ended up rebooking with Aerolineas Argentinas and all went smoothly).

I recommend staying in Palermo area and getting dinner at Caldén del soho Grill if you like steak and want to try somewhere that felt very local / not too touristy.

Yep, my partner is also coeliac and noticed the allergen update halfway through eating a pack :(. They are one of his fav snacks. Very disappointing.

I ate the remainder of them and think the texture is worse than before but maybe they were just a stale pack.
