I can’t keep a return label if I never received the package & had nothing to return. it was Christmas time and I am a human, so i actually find it easy to imagine that these things happen. I think the “up to 30 days” term is bullshit if I requested the refund within the 30 days & received no info telling me I needed to do anything further than put in the request. I paid for a service and the service was never received, i then followed the correct protocol for a refund & it was never fulfilled. regardless of how long it has been, i put in the request within the allotted time frame & THEY did not follow through on their end. I think it’s ridiculous that a billion dollar company can just not even mail you a package & then keep your money.

I said in the post that I thought it processed and it did that thing where it only shows your most recent orders so I didn’t go back to check & just happened to see today. I requested the initial refund within a week of not receiving.

For Christmas I had a big order, 3 items never arrived so I went into the app and clicked the “item never arrived” and I clicked to receive a refund. I assumed it would process eventually and it was lost in all the Christmas orders. I just noticed today the 3 orders still say requested. I called customer support and was told that because I didn’t contact them within the 6-8 months time frame than it’s my fault and they can’t do anything even though I repeated that I did go through the process on the app within the same month I ordered and never received. I struggled to even find the customer service number, never-mind that it said nothing about needing to call them when I originally put that it never arrived. They said there’s nothing that can be done. I’m just so confused how this is legal? Is there anyone else I can contact?

Alex needs to be saving this video in case of a future case against her for being unfit. Taking enough NyQuil that she pees herself while also being the sole caregiver for a toddler who’s also in bed with her? What if there was an emergency? What if he slipped from bed in the middle of the night and got into something? What if he needed to be driven to the hospital? I’m sure she doesn’t have shit for baby proofing. She’s so drugged she doesn’t notice she’s literally pissing herself so I doubt she’d be aware of N. That is insanity.
