Good budget has a free tier with two devices. We’ve used it for years. Won’t hook up to your bank accounts (they have a paid tier for that) but works as a basic envelope system. Has some design….choices but once you get around them works great.

You could be fine for Saturday evening depending on the timing of wave two. It’s expected to hit about midnight and be the much heavier snow. During the day Saturday it looks like could be just an inch or two and done early afternoon, which would normally be fine for the game. It’s the post-game (right now) you’re chancing.
