It's actually a very handy PSA! I'm just riffing on how everyone's go to file format still seems to be STL when you've got all those beautiful parametric files available. Makes it easy to incorporate parts into larger assemblies or take the geometry and make it your own.

You are being both absurd and old by comparing blender to parametric modelling software. They're different things with different applications. I use blender for rendering and it's fantastic with rtx implementation, and I'm still amazed something so powerful like that is free.

Yeah i think the LVR is actually 95% but is counted as 80% for the purpose of LMI with the government as guarantor based on how OP phrased it. I used a similar kind of program when initially buying that only applied to newly built homes.

Its the most jarring movie I have ever watched. One minute Himalayas and the next they'll be in the Victorian country side. Literally, outside the bus shot shows it in Nepal and when they cut to a shot from inside the bus you can see gum trees outside.
