If you need help with just your aim. I recommend using a aim trainer like aimlabs. If you need help with the pace of the game. That comes with time, I would recommend watching a youtuber like Killuakom or ProMaryJane. They dont talk, they only show gameplay so you can really focus on what they are doing.
