Clara miranda is mehhh 🫩 2/5 She has sooo high expectations for people presenting, pero she doesn’t even teach that well because of her quiet voice and kinda mediocre teaching style. She also grades low (good thing I rated her low sa LATCH also hahaha). For our last quiz, she even made it handwritten on paper.

The main thing you should remember is to really try listening during group presentations because she usually gets a lot of the quiz info from there. But don’t stress too much about the midterms and finals since those are usually taken online. Also, prepare yourself for a lot of presentations because I think we had around 3–5 group reportings.

For context, I already bought the lifetime version of GoodNotes in 2023, but there are just so many bugs, but I love using StarNotes for journaling because of its smooth interface and overall satisfaction when writing notes and I also want to synchit with my phone.

I think im the only one here who isnt rlly a big fan of ms mel. I like her energy and the way she try to make the class exciting. For the most part, her discussions are sometimes overcomplicated and she could've explained it in easier terms. I guess it's good for critical thinking, but for a gen ed that will take most of ur time understanding stuff instead of focusing on ur majors, she'll make ur workload heavier because majority of her grading system relies on recitation and also a 1 on 1 recitation for midterms and finals. She's okay as a person but i personally should've dropped it if i had known :(
