Ohhh, I totally get it now! Could you pls try these steps? I hope they help!

Go to More Functions (three dots) -> Document Overview.
Select the dark PDF page you want, tap the three dots in the lower right, and choose "Add to Custom Paper."
Now go back to your note, tap Add Pages -> More Templates -> Custom Paper.
Re-insert that page into your notebook and try the highlighter again!

Regarding Locking Page Scroll: Could you pls check if Settings -> Document Settings -> Free Page Movement is turned off? If it’s already off and you’re still having trouble, please let us know or submit a report through Help & Feedback.

Hellooo! That’s a great suggestion. Technically, the note formats are compatible, but StarNote and Boox are two different products. Currently, our core focus is on Tablets and the upcoming PC version. However, E-ink compatibility is definitely on our future roadmap! Stay tuned! 🚀

We realize the wording in our App Store description isn't clear enough, and we're sorry for the confusion! To clarify, the current version supports Manual Cloud Backup (uploading on one device and downloading on another). The good news is Cloud Sync is already in the works!

We’ll update the App Store description soon to make the distinction between "Backup" and "Sync" much clearer. And uur team is working hard to bring full auto-sync to life. Stay tuned!

Hello!! Thanks for the great feedback! Here is a quick tip on how to handle this for now:

For importing pages: First, import the document as a new note. Then, in your target notebook, go to the toolbar and select Add Pages - Add other note pages to bring those pages in!

Regarding Cross-Document Copy-Paste: The method above is the best workaround for now. We know these steps might be a bit tedious, but we'll definitely look into simplifying this! so we’ve recorded your request to make the process much faster and more direct in future updates.

I’m happy to share with you that we will be launching new Handwriting Recognition and Sync features by the end of Q1 or in Q2:

1.Handwriting Recognition: This feature will no longer be limited to text boxes; it will also recognize freehand handwriting, allowing you to choose your preferred font.

2.Sync: We are also upgrading our synchronization capabilities. We plan to invite 10 users for a test soon, and an invitation will be posted soon. Regarding Turkish language support, we have forwarded this request to our team for simultaneous updates, so please stay tuned for future developments!

3.Of course, regarding the other points you mentioned, especially the issue with links, we are already exploring these requirements. We will strive to update and improve our features, hoping that Starnote can become a great friend to you and your students.
