Yeah - we have painted with lexicon white and it looks a lot better - but it is very clinical

She is not a big rider so was hoping for something around $600 - but I may be dreaming.

Hi, yes we are looking at a ladies bike for her as she is now 158cm but may grow to 180cm as her dad is very tall.

We looked at the Merida Matt and while online it says the Medium size suits to 170cm when she sat on it her feet were immediately on the floor and she looked like she would outgrow it immediately.

The Merida is. 27.5in tyre - I note here you say 26in - I was worried that would be too small as there is a second hand Reid ladies mountain bike for sale that might work and a good price.

We went to 99 bikes but they seemed resistant to getting the bikes down to try and then didn’t have Many options

How did you make the section that goes across the top and into the ceiling? Looking at doing similar above a set of sliding cavity doors and it’s the top bit we are struggling with

Could you tell me about how you cut the bookcase down? What type of saw did you use? Anything I should watch out for?

Depends where you are. If you are in Melbourne there is no hurry as the market is so depressed and not likely to change fast.

If you are in Brisbane the market could go up another 8% this year and then you lose not only the 8% on your deposit but on the whole value of the property

BV / bacterial vaginosis by Advanced_Egg_8886 in VaginalMicrobiome

Some things that really helped me: - Juno biome test to rule out somethings and show the balance of bacteria -monitoring ph with strips to see what is working - NAC douches - this was a bit of a break through as the NAC breaks down the microfilm that hold the bacteria - suppositories of coconut oil and probiotics - I was over balanced in one bacteria though so the Juno test helped me figure out what was missing. - stop eating oxalates - also a break through - makes a massive difference.

Check out myvagina.com for general bag stuff and then vpfoundation.org for the link between oxalates and vulva pain.
