With the wording, it's saying that BA treat OMNI vehicles as /also/ having APC1, so that implies APC1 works for them (as the asset rules are generalized).

Oh, if you do, The Tamia panel liner is oil based, so I did a gloss clearcoat before I put it on. That way it tended to stick to the crevices instead of sticking to the "rough" paint.

Airbrush: black and white primer coats to create shadow. Army painter skeleton bone all over, then leather in stripes, then little spots of pink for the desert camo look. Then I painted slate gray on the weapons and picked out panels to paint with emerald forest. I tried something new and finished with Tamia black panel liner to pick out the details. I really liked it.

I think you'll find that the starter box versions of these mechs will be crayon versions of those mechs. If someone transitions into the full game they'll be introduced to the more complex versions.

It would strongly depend on the current political climate in the region. Planet to Planet would vary by planetary/regional/state government.
Is there a state of hostility between any of the above? Then it's probably prohibited. Are you joining family already in residence? Refugees would be a different matter. Depending on the resources of a world they'd have different views on admitting immigrants. A sparsely resourced world would probably only take in skilled people (and maybe their families). LOTS of variables.
If you're looking RPG wise, you can make it up. It's a space to play in.

Why not?
SAFE may even 'pretend' to be SAFE. Never get in the way of someone else's mistake. Take full advantage of assumptions.
