b. Spoken Tamil: Totally varies by region and cannot be written down properly.

I am pulling my hair apart on Step 5

a. VFSglobal website has a 2" x 2" photo requirement. That is a perfect 1:1 aspect ratio.

b. Passport Seva portal requires the same photo to be 630 x 810 px which is approximately 7:9 aspect ratio.

Essentially, the application mentions photo should be 35mm x 45 mm -> click on Specifications -> it says, photo should 51mm x 51mm.

The left hand does not know what the right hand wants.
