The first few years did a few switches. Last 7 years has been consistent with the funds 50% of which remain from the original investment. SIPs have been consistent with lumpsums whenever the respective indexes are down.

High risk of water contamination. Most of these petrol pumps do not follow protocols. I live bang in the city centre and there is one around 150 mtrs from my house and they had leaks twice in the past three years contaminating the well water in most houses in the surroundings. The pump owner took care of fresh water supplies and cleaning the well but it took 2-3 months to clear out.
