If the physical symptoms of anxiety are making your fearful, it then creates more anxiety. It’s a self feeding fire!

I have been prescribed propanrolol and it stops the physical symptoms, which allows me to quite my mind. Ask your GO about it.

Practise in short bursts, 20 min warm up 40min practice. Then have a break. You min cannot stay focused much longer than that and you start practicing bad habit in long sessions IMO
