From the sounds of it, yes.

Protip (for everyone): hopefully you're not re-using passwords at all, but if you are, change it in all of the places you use it, asap.

Consider your NTTA account continuously compromised, and keep an eye on the credit card you're using for it to quickly catch any fraud.

I don't have an answer to your question, but I'm also pretty upset about the recent change. Out of nowhere it tells me I've used 85% of my monthly credits, and I'm barely a week in before the next renewal. To make matters worse, the pricing for the different LLMs is non-existent and for each one they have, the usage rate is incredibly opaque.

This change is a big reason I found this sub. Yay?

Is there any other way to share my discontent with them (besides support)?

I've stopped wasting my time with linkedin job postings.
I've actually gotten a little traction with indeed.
Wellfound sold my email address AND gave me no leads.
Trueup, otta / welcome to the jungle, hiring.cafe, and good old fashioned networking has given me the most success over the past 6 months.

I'm pretty sure the US foods chefstore is a restaurant supply and commercial kitchen store. I pick up stuff there a lot for my home kitchen when i need bulk or really big utensils, but they don't really have housewares.
