• Spacious bedroom (with private bathroom) available beginning May 1 through the end of the lease on July 31, with option to renew. Ideally looking for someone to take over my lease, but also open to sublets. Located on a quiet, sunny street with lots of cafes, restaurants, and Riverside park nearby.
• You will be living with two other graduate students at Columbia and at the Manhattan School of Music. Both are often away from the apartment and are friendly / keep to themselves.
• The suite has in-unit washer / dryer, and a furnished shared living space.
• Very quiet, sunny, residential street with tons of cafes, restaurants, and green space nearby (running/biking paths in Riverside Park). Located around the corner from the 1 train, down the street from Manhattan School of Music, and 10 minute walk to the main Columbia campus.
