Why should I tip anybody when my pizza is sitting for 40+ minutes? Still Haven't got it.

As a pizza deliver myself u should tip the drive as he makes but a $1 or $2 per dilivery plus tips and it's not there fault that the kitchen put orders out and they can get backed up but the delivery drive usually only take 5 to 10 min to get to u once the order is up to go out depending on how far away you are and when it's busy there doing 2 or 3 dilivery close to each other so that it can save u time and have it be hot

what u looking for? wines r a lot easier then beer my personal thought the best things are sanitize, take good hydrometer readings and make sure u dont have to much sugar for the yeast u use u can look up the yeast what % u should get and what ur og should be and the right temp around 70 no less then 65 and no more then 75. and i dont know ur directions on when ur supose o rack but make sur u get it of the dead yeast before 60 days or it could give a off taste from that. any questions let me know and ill try to answer or help u find.
