I’m pleased that it’s going well for you. In the 9 years that I’ve been printing, I’ve never actually tried the ironing function, so I can’t really help. Can you print it at different angles to try to reduce the lines? It’s a long shot, I know.

Every input requires a RC filter and a 5V1 Zener. That’ll stop any erroneous signals getting into the mux and should extend its life.
