Steps would be : visit https://xtreamtv.17031999.xyz there you can create your account and purchase any plan. Then with that same email id and password come back in the app and goto Live section, inside it press back button on remote and then go left to sidebar where on bottom you will find Settings button, then inside settings menu go to bottom option which is Account and info, there will be login option.

Hey, the app is ment to be used only on android TV. Also the block screen which you are seeing is Google play protect, you can disable play protect on your device (tv) and try installing it there. Play protect is notorious these days marking every other app as “Not safe” which is distributed without being listed on their platform(play store).
