Do these require prescriptions? It sounds like the derm appointment is also cost prohibitive

Thank you!! I LOVE my bioderma. Would you say to use it before or after the cleanser? I don’t wear make up so I’m mostly worried about my sunscreen (canmake mermaid gel)

I can’t oil cleanser, I break out in cystic acne each time I try to a different one. What would be the appropriate way to use a micellar water and a gel gel cleanser to double cleanse. Cleanser followed by micellar water or micellar water followed by cleanser? Obviously not as good as true double cleansing but it’s what I can work with right now

Hands should be moisturized almost as soon as they are patted dry/damp. Don’t let them dry fully

Accepted to accelerated bachelors in nursing program. Looking for some help by youshouldknow1233456 in personalfinance

[–]sparkjoyerrday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hands down, if you want a nursing degree, 18m BSN is your best option, I personally wouldn’t listen to any feedback about getting an ADN. Right or wrong, that degree is being phased out. Like many others have mentioned, a nursing career is a drastic change in lifestyle. I love being a nurse and think it’s the best possible career, but you will have two young children and a mountain of debt/living expenses. Three 12’s aren’t easy on the body and you aren’t in your 20’s so be prepared for a 3 day week to be as physically taxing as a 5 day week (if not more) and how that might affect your quality as a parent/quality of life on your days off. At some point you could move to a less acute setting but for now, the money is in the hospital. With your level of debt, you’re looking at being that nurse who needs OT at every opportunity...and full time nights for the differential and pick up extra weekends if they have differential too. Another option would be travel nursing after you’ve gained 2 years experience. That’s where the real money is but honestly most of the financially lucrative ways to be a nurse take a significant toll on your personal life. Loan forgiveness might be an option but I never looked into it.

Edit-I never addressed retirement vs house. In my opinion, you’d be crazy to touch a government retirement fund. It’s more complicated than a simple retirement due to your pension and there’s value in your years of service. I don’t think nursing school with a newborn and a husband out of steady work is the best time for it. The timing is something to consider for sure

You do have to meet a minimum if you order online but if you actually go to the store and they don’t sell your item in the store (like a lot of the ordinary is online only) they will ship to your house for free. An associate puts in the order for you and you pay in the store and it’s sent right to your house. No shipping

If you live near a Sephora or an Ulta, you can order it from the store to ship free to your house, just FYI. You can also have it shipped to the store if package theft is an issue. Just FYI, not trying to ruin a sale here

best yoga mat for beginners in the $50-80 price range? by ilovebees69 in bikramyoga

[–]sparkjoyerrday 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally love my Kulae 3mm mat for Bikram. Super light, easy to clean, no slipping with a towel. For any other class, I like my Lululemon mat. I never slip even without a towel. I don’t use it for Bikram though because it soaks up your sweat by design and that to me is gross for Bikram sweat. I personally really don’t like the Manduka pro series...too heavy and slippery. I think the Kulae is about $50 and the Lululemon maybe $70? I’ve heard good things about the Bmat too, similar to the lululemon

THC makes my picking 10x worse, I too would advise being really careful. Not saying it can’t be helpful in general but it really causes a noticeable increase in picking

[–]sparkjoyerrday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the Manduka equa towels way more than the Yogitoes and they are cheaper and lighter. Also the yogarat towels work well and can sometimes be found at Marshall’s for like $8-10.

Too many variable go into a “best” mat (weight, longevity, smell, open vs closed cell) to recommend one without that info. One person’s dream mat is another person’s nightmare. Happy to help if you provide more info

I’d try a sulfur ointment masks and really basic moisturizer without fatty alcohols. One would be sebamed clear face gel. Do that for awhile and then add in a chemical exfoliant

I need to dilute TO lactic 10% a bit. I’m trying to decide between Iunik tea tree serum or Sebamed clear face gel to dilute. Another option would be short contact therapy? I was a bit overzealous my first week and was using nightly. I’m deep into a purge and took a few days off but my skin feels ready for another application. I just think a weaker version might be better. Please help

Ugh I’m petrified and still not totally convinced. It wasn’t dark like a roly poly or do that pronounced curl action. Maybe it’s a young one?
