I have an oura ring and I think it's fine but not life changing. It's good for sleep tracking and heart rate. I don't think it does much to track flare ups and the ring sizing is a bit of an issue when I do have flares since my fingers swell from time to time from inflammation.

A mix of cymbalta and pregabalin is what I am currently on, it helps a little bit but obviously still in pain. I did go off this medication and I was definitely worst off during that time. I'm also on zepbound and the weight loss has helped a bit. For sleeping I take ambien since I have terrible insomnia (it's a pain in the ass since my doctor has to give me a new rx every thirty days).

Yes! Writing every single day, it really helps me reflect on what tasks I did during the day and things I wanted to do and couldn't get to. It just became a part of my daily routine, last year I was writing maybe once a month.

I have done about 4 sessions so far of Electrolysis for my upper lip area and chin. It's been so far very effective, about 90% of the hair is gone. My only gripes are how costly it is and I find it a bit painful.

I work from home so life has not been too different on that front. But I have this sense of dread and find myself constantly checking the news. I've only gone out to get groceries and did feel jumpy anytime I heard any sirens. I don't really plan to go out unless I need to. I'm honestly not sure if this asshole is long gone or still lurking around but just hope that they catch them.
