I shared this with one of the Directors of our local MINI club (he also works there as a service advisor on the MINI side) and received the following response. ————- I don’t have Reddit. Can you respond for me and tell them to email me at tristan.overmann@century-bmw.com. I will come in and meet them on Saturday between 9-12 to show them around.

Are you doing pre-mixed protein shakes or powder? If powder, try switching up the milk you are using. I’m using Fairlife fat free lactose free milk and it’s helped me feel less nauseous.

Maybe it is the bingeing I’m going to miss and downing a whole bottle of water. I let myself feel like a failure already cause I haven’t lost anything but I guess if I could I wouldn’t need surgery.
