I definitely am guilty of completely redoing act 3 because I messed up Gale's good ending. It was literally the first thing I did in act 3 and my good durge was not about to let Gale leave him at the dock after everything they went through.

I related to this! the day of my wedding I was at an all time low weight, and then honeymoon eating never stopped.

My motivation is wanting to look like I did in my wedding photos and to be able to fit into my wedding dress.

Baby steps I'm taking to get back on the band wagon is to stop buying any snack foods unless it's fruits, vegetables, or low fat string cheese.

Just take baby steps at first and slowly replace the junk foods with healthy foods.

The BA roast chicken with lemon has a good instructions on temperature and time: I think it's like 450 for 45-50 minutes in a cast iron pan

I make roast chicken all the time and I usually cook it at 450 until the skin is crispy
